Returns & Refund Policy
At Camel, we strive to deliver quality products. Returns and refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- If the product delivered is damaged.
- If the wrong product was delivered.
To initiate a return, please email us at admin@camelflasks.in with your original order number in the subject line. Returned products must be unused and in their original condition.
Important Notes:
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the original purchase.
- Camel will not cover return shipping fees.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned product after deducting any applicable shipping fees.
