Return Policy:

We provide a 7-day return policy for all products purchased from our website. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a 100% refund. Please note that the item must be unused and returned in the original condition you received it. Returns will only be accepted if the product received is different from what was ordered or if it arrives damaged.

To return a product purchased from the Camel Flasks website within 7 days, follow these steps:

If you purchased multiple items as part of a deal, you can still return individual items from the order. Please contact Customer Care for more details.
Checking and Approving:

Camel Flasks will review your request within 48 to 72 business hours and notify you of its approval status.

If more than 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, it will no longer be eligible for return.
Getting the Product Picked Up:

Once approved, Camel Flasks will arrange for the product to be picked up from your home. Kindly ensure the product is ready for collection at the scheduled time.

The reverse pick-up process is typically completed within 15 working days from the date of initiating the pick-up request. We kindly request your patience during this period. Please note, however, that for non-serviceable PIN codes, the timeframe may vary.
Checking the Product:

After we pick up the product, Camel Flasks will inspect it within 7 working days. Once the inspection is complete, we’ll inform you of the outcome. If everything is in order, you will receive a refund.
Returning Conditions:

The product must be unused, unmarked, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Products that have been altered or repaired by a third party will not be accepted.

Please include the original box and packaging with your return. Failure to do so may result in the return or replacement being rejected.

Cancelling After Shipping:

If the order has been shipped, you can cancel the order with a valid reason, but you'll only get a refund once we get the product back.

If the order has already been shipped, you can still cancel the order. However, a refund (applicable for prepaid orders) will only be issued once we receive the returned product.

Camel Flasks will process your refund once we receive the returned product. We will refund you using the same payment method you initially used. Please allow 6-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
COD Orders:

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund transactions will be processed to the customer's designated bank account. Customers are requested to provide their bank account details through WhatsApp chat or email to initiate the refund process.
